These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nouvak website, mobile app and the purchase of products or booking of services from NOUVAK Technologies LTD ("Nouvak", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT.

By browsing our website, creating an account, placing an order or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

• "Products" means any air conditioning unit, accessory or related item listed for sale on our website.
• "Services" means installation, maintenance, repair or any other service booked through our website or app.
• "User", "you" or "your" means any person accessing our website or using our services.
• "Website" means nouvak.com and any associated Nouvak mobile applications.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order or book a service with us. You are responsible for keeping your account details, including your password, confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• Do not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, other accounts, or computer systems connected to our website.

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. While we make every effort to ensure prices and product information are accurate, errors may occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item. All products are subject to availability; if an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a suitable alternative, a delay, or a full refund.

An order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Payment must be made in full at the time of order using one of our accepted payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers; Nouvak does not store your full card details.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout or during booking are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, weather, or incorrect address information provided by you.

Where installation is booked through our platform, you are responsible for ensuring our engineers have safe and reasonable access to the installation site at the agreed time. Additional charges may apply if access requirements are not met or if the job scope changes on site.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, for a full refund. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

This right does not apply to products that have been custom-fitted or installed at your property, or to service bookings that have already been fully carried out at your request within the cancellation window.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or confirming your cancellation.

Service bookings (installation, maintenance, repair) made through our website or app are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation. You may reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window may incur a fee to cover engineer time.

Products sold by Nouvak are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which are provided at the time of purchase or in the product's User Manual. Installation carried out by Nouvak engineers is covered by our own workmanship guarantee, details of which are confirmed at the time of booking.

Warranty cover does not extend to damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or installation carried out by a third party not approved by Nouvak.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nouvak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order or service booking is limited to the amount you paid for that order or service.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is the property of Nouvak Technologies LTD or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of our website without our prior written consent.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
